Tender Opportunity – Electric Thermal Oil Temperature Control Units

Westley Plastics Ltd  is investing in new electric thermal oil temperature control units to reduce energy consumption and operating costs. This includes the replacement of an existing natural gas-fired Babcock Wanson thermal fluid heater.

An initial review of available solutions has identified the following equipment types as suitable benchmarks; however, alternative equipment will be considered where it can demonstrate performance equivalent to or exceeding the capability of the referenced items.

The proposed scope currently comprises:

•         3 no. electric thermal oil temperature control units, 16kW heating capacity, with performance equivalent to or exceeding the capability of the benchmark TT-390 Z 16kW temperature control unit

•         Supply and installation of thermal oil pipework connecting the new temperature control units to machines KM1, KM2 and KM3

•         Oil to suit
